Terry L. (Gibson) Amberik, 55, of Chardon, passed away July 5, 2009, at her residence.Born Feb 21, 1954, in Cleveland, she had been a lifelong area resident.Mrs. Amberik worked as a nurse’s aide for 32 years at Golden Living Nursing Home in Kirtland.She was an Elvis fan, and a collector of dolls and carousels. She very much enjoyed doing family albums and family genealogy. Her greatest love was spending time with her family and friends.Survivors are her husband, William Bill Amberik of Chardon, whom she married Sept. 25, 1979 in Chardon; daughters, Kelly (Kevin) Roesch of Willowick and Hillary Amberik of Chardon; grandson, Kai Roesch; sisters, Mary Kulp of Uniontown, Viola (David) Loveland of Painesville, Judith (Kevin) Thompson of Hambden Township and Bonnie (Bob) Sommers of Hiram; brothers, Bill Gibson of Chardon and Bob Gibson of Windsor; many nieces and nephews; good friend and cousin, Diane (Marty) Brandt of Madison; and many close in-laws.She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Gibson; brother, Richard Gibson; and nephew, Matthew Sommers.Dr. Henry Woodruff will officiate the service.Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township.
