Mr. Wojtaszek passed away April 25, 2010, at his residence.Born July 22, 1920, in Buffalo, N.Y., his family returned to Poland when he was six months. He remained living there until he was 18, at which time he moved back to the United States. He lived in Hambden Township for 45 years prior to living in Huntsburg.Stanley served in the U.S. Army in the Pacific during World War II. He enjoyed his animals.Mr. Wojtaszek was self-employed and had worked in the porcelain repair business.Survivors include his sister, Aniela Lach of Poland; friend and care giver, Beverly Ash; extended family, Kimberly, Lindsey and Lisa; and care givers, Maggie and Kim.He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanislaw and Katrryna Wojtaszek and longtime companion, Dora Stone.Burial will take place with full military honors at Western Reserve Memorial Garden.
