Robert L. Lilley, 91, of Huntsburg Township, passed away Dec. 26, 2010, at UHHS Geauga Regional Hospital.Born Oct. 20, 1919, he had lived in Euclid before moving to Geauga County 14 years ago.Mr. Lilley worked in business machine repair and retired from the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.Survivors are his daughters, Judy (Chuck) Owen of Willoughby Hills, Margaret Cwik of Wickliffe and Barbara (Fred) Karaba of Huntsburg Township; son, Robert (Sally) Lilley of Logan; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother; and two sisters.Robert married Eleanor Barbick in 1942. She preceded him in death Feb. 20, 2007. His great-grandchild, Alexis Munici Karaba; parents; and nine brothers and sisters, are also deceased.Private family services were held.Contributions are suggested to the Geauga Humane Society, 15463 Chillicothe Road, Novelty, OH 44072.Arrangements are being handled by The Burr Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Chardon.Information and online condolences at www.burrservice.com.
