Richard Herr

Richard A. HERR age 83 of Munson Twp. died Nov. 23, 2012 at his residence. Born March 24, 1929 in St. Louis, MO to Charles and Caroline (nee: Schmermund) Herr, he was a longtime area resident. Mr. Herr was a retired Account Executive for Mil-Rob Corp. of Aurora. Richard was an avid tennis and platform tennis player. He is survived by his longtime companion Allison Titgemeier of Munson Twp; sons Chris (Linda) of Kokomo, IN and Peter (Cathy) of Liberty Twp., OH; daughters Janet Keller of Houston, TX and Laurie (Kevin) Byrnes of Bainbridge Twp., OH; 7 grandchildren; brother Eugene of St. Louis, MO and sister Helen Benner of Ames, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother; 1 sister and a granddaughter Ashley Rose Herr. A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Tuesday Nov. 27, 2012 at Community Church of Chesterland (please call the church for information 440-729-7898).
