Richard “Rick” Bruno, age 59, passed away on April 27, 2023. He was born on October 31, 1963, to James and Frances (nee: Fabjan) Bruno in Wheeling, WV. Rick was raised in Maynard, OH, and graduated from St. Clairsville High School in 1983. He received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron. He was employed by Lubrizol. Rick enjoyed playing baseball and watching the Cleveland Indians and Browns.
Rick is survived by his mother, Frances (nee: Fabjan) Bruno, and siblings, Ken (Josie) Bruno, Mike Bruno, Don Bruno, Renee (Chris) Carter.
He is preceded by his father James Bruno.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 401 North St. Chardon, OH 44024.
Private family burial will take place at a later date.
Donations suggested be made to St. Mary’s Church in Rick’s name.
