Paulette and family, So sorry to hear of your loss. I remember all the times I would deliver a newspaper to your home. That was many years back. I will always remember Paul as a very kind man. May God Bless and comfort you at this time..... Bob Strike

Mrs. and Mrs. Kenyon were more like Mr. and Mrs. Chardon to me. Always a smile, always a "Nice to see you...How is your mother"? Everyone was welcome in their home. Both contributed countless hours to the community. To me, they both represented what was good about living in a small town. They were just good solid people who cared about their community and showed it everyday. How fitting that Mr. Kenyon went to meet Mrs. Kenyon in heaven on her birthday this week. He missed her terribly and now they are together. Both Mr. and Mrs. Kenyon will be missed by many but remembered on a frequent basis. Every time I drive past the high school and their house, I think of my fun times there. I remember a special time and place in my life and that they were both a part of it. My thoughts with the family during this time and my thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kenyon for everything they brought to my life. Someday I will see you both again and I know that you will be there to welcome me once again as you always did before.Carolyn Lookabill

Paulette, My Sincere Condolences to you and your family.’Death is nothing at all. It does not count. I have only slipped away into the next room. Nothing has happened. Everything remains exactly as it was. I am I, and you are you, and the old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged. Whatever we were to each other, that we are still. Call me by the old familiar name. Speak of me in the easy way which you always used. Put no difference into your tone. Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without an effort, without the ghost of a shadow upon it. Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was. There is absolute and unbroken continuity. What is this death but a negligible accident? Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around the corner. All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when we meet again!’
