Patricia Ann Prusha (nee: Ash), age 78 of Chardon, died at UH Cleveland Medical Center April 20, 2021. Born April 16, 1943 in Chardon to Harold and Anna (nee: Nadack) Ash, she was a lifelong Chardon resident. Pat loved family gatherings, cooking and baking for her grandchildren, flowers and playing Rummikub and other games with her grandchildren. She was the guiding light of her family, and when she was young, she helped take care of her siblings. Pat helped her husband for 17 years at Prusha’s Willo Medical Pharmacy, Willoughby, OH. She was an avid sports fan, High School, College and Pros. She followed her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews in all of their school events.

Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly (Mark) Avery of Chardon Twp., daughter in law Linda Prusha of Hambden Twp., grandchildren Emma and Connor Prusha, Lydia and Gwendolyn Avery; siblings Leslie (Barb) Ash of Chardon, Cheryl Ash of WI and Deborah (Gerald) Sykora of Hambden Twp., many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Prusha and her parents.

There will be a Memorial Service, Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 11:00 at Chardon United Methodist Church, 515 North Street, Chardon. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in Hayden Hall at the Church.
