Mrs. Gaylord was a member of the Chardon United Methodist Church where she had taught Sunday School. She was a graduate of Chardon High School, Class of 1932. She enjoyed Crocheting, hand-crafts and riding in the car with her husband. She had also been a 4-H Sewing Club advisor. Mes. Gaylord is survived by her 2 daughters Edith (Leo) Allen of Wilmington, NC,Billie M. (Don) Kleve of Hambden Twp., 4 grandchildren Rodney (Terri) Allen of Ostrander, David (Michele) Allen of Cary, NC, Laura (Charles) Wilson of Fairview, PA, Kelly (Guy) Lanzone of Hambden Twp., 6 Great-grandchildren and sister Leota Hildinger of Chardon Twp. Her husband William Gaylord, whom she married on May 6, 1936 in Ripley, NY, preceded in death on June 29, 2005. Her parents George and Anna (Nee: Hitz) Rimes, sisters Florence Davis and Dorothy Orient and brother William R. Rimes are deceased.
