Marie Estelle Schultz, age 94, passed away on June 6, 2023 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born on July 18, 1928 to Tofalus and Anna (nee: Tacher) Schultz. Marie as a young women sang opera, studied ballet and performed in many plays at the Playhouse Square. Marie loved singing in the church choir at her church of many years, St. Andrews in Cleveland. She was a hardworker all of her life and retired from Hunter Manufacturing in Solon after working there for over 20 years. Marie loved working in her yard at her Geneva home and enjoyed watching all of her favorite soap operas and game shows. She will be missed dearly by her family.

Marie is survived by her loving sister, Dorothy Ann Steimle, and many nieces and nephews and their families.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Bernard, and sisters Theresa Menko, Evelyn Kuhn, Dolores Vidmar-Johns, and Gertrude Modic.

Visitation will be held at St. Helen Catholic Church, 12060 Kinsman Rd, Newbury, Ohio 44065 on Thursday, June 15, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., with the Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 12:00 p.m. Burial will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery, 10000 Miles Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44105.
