Margaret “Peggy” Letitia Gullo (nee: Greaves) passed away on February 19, 2024.

She was born on May 24, 1937 to Florence and Joseph R. Greaves in Georgetown, Ohio.  She married Bill Gullo) on September 1, 1957.  They moved to Munson Township in 1968 and raised their family there.  Peggy worked as a secretary for Chardon Schools for 32 years, at both the high school and the Board of Education office.

She is survived by her children Melinda Wachtel; Mark Gullo of Flagstaff, AZ; Monte Gullo of California; brothers Richard Greaves of Kirtland, John P. (Bernie) Greaves of Chardon, and Alfred (Nancy)Greaves of Adena, Ohio; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her brother, Joseph N. Greaves.

Many will remember Peggy’s love for fashion and the vintage bridal shows she orchestrated using gowns from her extensive collection of bridal gowns and vintage clothing.

Visitation will be from 5PM to 7PM on Monday, February 26, 2024 at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St. Chardon, Ohio.  A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30AM on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at St. Mary Church, 401 North St. Chardon, Ohio.  Burial will be at Chardon Municipal Cemetery.
