Born in Claridon Twp., OH, Mrs. Smith lived in California, Claridon Twp.,and Las Vegas before settling in Thompson Twp.She died at the Blossom Hill Care Center, in Huntsburg Twp., OH.Mrs. Smith was a Riveter for the former Lockheed Corporation for 28 years, retiring in1978.Lucile M. Hoag married James Huish on March 19, 1939. He preceded her in death in 1961. She then married Louis Smith in Las Vegas October 12, 1974 in Las Vegas. He preceded her in death in 2002.Mrs. Smith was a 1933 graduate of Chardon High School. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse, however, she never practiced. She enjoyed going to Las Vegas and in her later years, she moved there for a short time. Survivors include her son, Gary Huish of Pasadena, CA; her sister, Bernice DeMars of Chardon, OH, a sister in law, Florence Hoag of Geneva, OH, and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Huish and Louis Smith; a Son, James Albert Huish;her parents, Lewis and Susie (Dimock) Hoag; and brothers: Glen, Jack and Ralph Hoag
