I will always be thankful to Kyle. He saved my husband's life. They were riding together and my husband (Phil) went down. Kyle performed CPR on my husband before the rescue squads arrived. Phil sustained a severe traumatic brain injury. But, was still alive because Kyle acted quickly. Phil was in a coma for about a month. The very first response/movement was because of Kyle. When visiting Phil, Kyle asked him if he wanted to go for a ride. Phil actually lifted his right hand and gave the bike some gas... I am grateful that even with Phil's injury, Kyle was one of the few people that still remained friends and came around. He will always be in our hearts and we will miss him so much!

I have only known Kyle for about two and a half years since beginning work at Arms Trucking. I was disappointed when he left for a new opportunity. Then I was pleasantly surprised when we began picking up material at Terrace Construction on a regular basis. My first time there I pulled up to the pile to be loaded and there was Kyle in the loader! He was so good at his job, and he already knew all of us and all of our trucks. I distinctly remember thinking to myself how nice it was going to Terrace with Kyle there, it was like having him back at ASG again. I last saw him while picking up material on Wednesday morning. He always had that smile and a kind greeting when I got out of my truck to get the weight slip from him. His last words to me were "See you for round two!". Unfortunately I wasn't dispatched back there again that day. When I went there on Thursday morning to pick up, there was an employee greeting trucks in the driveway saying their yard was closed that day due to a tragic loss of a fellow employee. When he said it was their loader, I know he saw the color run out of my face and he just said it happened after work. I never asked how. Our oldest son is just three years older than Kyle. I cannot even fathom the pain and loss your family is feeling. For me this senseless loss leaves such an emptiness from someone I always enjoyed seeing. My prayers and deepest sympathy are with all of you. Kyle, I will see you for round two.
