Mr. Beharry was the Superintendent for Midwest Screw Products in Eastlake for more than 30 years, retiring in 1985. He was a member of St. Luke Episcopal Church in Chardon, active with the Geauga County Senior Center, receiving their ” Outstanding Senior Citizen” Award in 1996, where he had also served on their board of trustees. He had been active with the Geauga County Department on Aging since retiring, volunteering to help seniors with income taxes and their medical forms. Enjoyed golfing and pitching horseshoes. Mr. Beharry was chairman of the senior services levy committee, which passed their first levy in November of 1995. Survivors include his wife Edna Wehagen Vollmer Beharry of Chardon Twp., whom he married June 15, 1996. 4 Sons Michael Beharry of Chardon Twp., Richard (Becky) Beharry of Milford, Christopher (Pat) Beharry of Cincinnati and Blake Beharry of Lakewood, 8 Grandchildren and 4 Great-grandchildren, sister Irene Lutz of Hermitage, PA. His 1st Wwfe Phyllis, whom he maried April 26, 1941, preceded him in death April 9, 1994. His parents Michael and Susan (Nee: Missik) Beharry, sister Dorothy Storer and brother Paul Beharry are also deceased.
