Dr. LoCricchio was born on April 7, 1933 in Detroit, MI but had resided in Concord Township since 1974. He died July 31 at Altercare Rehabilitation Center in Concord. He was a dermatologist working in private practice for 37 years in Willoughby and Mentor. He married Shirley (Carlson) Sperry LoCricchio on November 22, 1997 in Kirtland.He was a graduate of Fairfield College Preparatory School Class of 1951, Case Western Reserve University Adelbert College Class of 1955, The Ohio State University College of Medicine class of 1959 and The Cleveland Clinic Educational Foundation. Dr. LoCricchio was also a member of the Ohio State Medical Association and Lake county Medical Society. A loving husband, father, and friend, Dr. LoCricchio’s passions were helping people, church activities, and taking photos of family and friends. He also loved hiking and photography in the Colorado mountains and was an avid reader who also enjoyed playing cards. He wintered in Tavares, Florida, and was a member of the Painesville Elks Lodge #549.He is survived by his Wife, Shirley (Carlson) Sperry LoCricchio of Mentor; Children: Edward (Cindy) LoCricchio of Lakewood, CO, Jeffery (Niecy) LoCricchio of Highlands Ranch, CO, Jennifer (Lee) Vann of Centennial, CO, Step Son: Timothy (Joyce) Sperry of Mechanicsburg, PAStep daughter-in-law: Zoraida Sperry of Mentor-On-The-Lake; 3 Grandchildren: Michael, Jason, and Jianna LoCricchio; Several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; andSister: Elaine LoCricchio of Ruskin, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents: Dr. John and Georgia (Bacher) LoCricchio; Sister: Yvonne Corso; and Step Son: Thomas Sperry.
