Jeff A. Ballish, 43, of Middlefield Village, Mr. Ballish died April 9, 2006 in Hartsgrove Township.He was born Oct. 12, 1962 in Geneva and was a lifelong resident of Geauga County.Mr. Ballish enjoyed working on and riding his three-wheeled cycle and always dreamed of owning a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He was a self-taught mechanic and a handyman that could fix and make many things. He was a proud father and grandfather and loved making wooden toys and gifts for his children and grandchildren.He worked in vinyl siding construction for David McKibben of Chagrin Falls for 20 years.Survivors are daughters, Jilienne (Michael) Alder of Willoughby Hills, Samantha Ballish of Wickliffe and Laura Fedor of Willoughby; grandchildren, Hayley and Chase Alder; parents, Robert and Martha Martie (Velican) Ballish of Huntsburg Township; brothers, Kevin (Amy) Ballish of Chardon and Kurt Ballish of East Claridon; sister, Theresa Ballish of Steubenvile, and nieces and nephews.Pastor Ray Mullet, Chaplin, Hospice of Care Corp and Pastor Douglas Yoder, Maple View Mennonite Church, Burton, will officiate at services. Burial will be in Maple View Cemetery, Burton Township.
