Dear Mary and family, I'm so glad for the chance to chat with you last week and learn your mother's middle name and her favorite color - blue. Having lost both my parents , I know well the turmoil and exhaustion that accompanies their passing. You will be in my daily thoughts and prayers for strength and resilienceWarm Regards, Joanne

To the entire Temple family and especially Mary... I can't tell you how much I enjoyed Janette's company. We went to a barbershop competition together and laughed and talked. What a great person to have touched my life. Mary, I know how empty you feel but full of all she gave you. I know she's proud of you.May you all know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.Love,Jan

Janette was a special friend. She wrote letters when we lived far apart until she was no longer able to. She came to visit us in Gadsden AL a few years ago, which was so special. She will be missed by the ones of our Chardon High Class of 1942 who are still alive. Thanks to Mary for staying in touch with me. And to all of the Temple family, my condolences. You were the first person to hold my hand and say my name. You taught me the important lessons of my life. I hope I will always be your "favorite daughter" and that I will always make you proud to be my mom.I love you, Mom.Mary
