Grandma Adams has been a loving, caring part of not only my life, but also that of my husband, children, and most of my birth family for sixty years. We spent many a Suday morning talking and laughing while counting the collection for the Church of St. Mary. I was loved by her and accepted by her as part of her "family." I am so sad that she has left us. However, I know for sure and certain that she is in heavien with Mr. Adams, Dick, and Rick, along with other members of her family and mine. I will miss her and pray for and to her for the rest of my life.Trish Corrigan

Mrs. Adams was more than our family's neighbor for over thirty years, she was our friend and a "grandma" to me. She loved to garden and had some of the best vegetables around. She loved her roses and sweet williams flowers and always had a green thumb. I could always go to her if I had a queston about my plants. She taught me how to play the organ, tried to teach me how to tat..never could master that, but have some lovely pieces she made for me. I have kept almost all the $2 bills she has given me over the years for my birthday-she always said to keep these, they may stop making them one day.. We shared countless hours over the years talking about her family history, her childhood, the history of Chardon and of course all of her wonderful grandchildren, that I have had the pleasure of meeting over the years. I enjoyed taking her to the tea room on Chardon square, where I would learn even more about a woman I thought I knew so much about already. She was a gentle, kind and loving person and I will miss her deeply. I will keep her alive in my heart and my memories and cherish this special angel, God allowed us to know here on Earth. She is now with her beloved Cayle, son and family. I was lucky to have known her and she made my life so much richer...good bye dear friend....
