Mrs. McCartney was surrounded by loved ones as she passed away peacefully February 18, 2024. She was born in Moorefield, Ohio in Harrison County to the parents of Chester and Ruth Mills Cramblett.  She was the youngest of seven children who have all preceded her in death.  She married her High School sweetheart, William D.Continue Reading
