Mrs. Hall was a 1930 graduate of Gambier High School, and played on the State Championship Basketball Team in 1929. She had worked at the Welshfield Inn in the late 40’s and early 50’s. She also worked at the Valley Hardware in Chagrin Falls and Woolworth’s Counter in Kent. In her younger years, she helped her husband on the Kaufman Farm in Auburn Twp., milking cows, driving the tractor. At times, Mrs. Hall would milk up to 25 cows in an evening. She was bailing hay the day before her daughter Beverly was born. She is survived by her Husband: Ernest L. Hall of Chardon Twp., daughter Barbara (Ronald) Vopicka of Euclid, sons Robert T. Hall of Ravenna, Dwight E. (Christie) Hall of Newbury Twp., 14 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildrensisters Ruby Graubauh and Dorothy Blair of Mt. Vernon. Her daughter Beverly McElravy, sons Ernest L. Hall, Jr. and Gerald H. Hall, Granddaughter Jodie Lynn Hall, great grandchild Joshua Whaley, parents Thomas and Martha (nee: Cross) Blair, and brothers Glen and Dale Blair are all deceased.
