Enid W. Horton, 85, of Chardon, a homemaker, died July 25, 2006, at Blossom Hill Care Center in Huntsburg Township.Born Dec. 18, 1920, in Mesopotamia, she had been a lifetime Chardon area resident.She enjoyed traveling, baking, reading and especially being a grandmother and great-grandmother.Survivors are her daughter, Sharon Marthe of Coral Springs, Fla.; sons, Les Horton of Chester Township, Richard Horton of Chardon, and Lee (LuAnne) Horton of Coral Springs, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.Her husband, Charles Ray Horton, whom she married June 21, 1941, died July 10, 1963. Her son, Thomas Horton; and parents, Aris and Gladys (Mummery) Williams, are also deceased.Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Munson Township.
