Mrs. Koski was born on Mitchell’s Mill Road in Chardon Twp., Ohio, on November 14, 1923. She was a lifelong Geauga and Lake County Resident. She died at the Lake Med Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Painesville, OHShe had been an Elementary School Teacher for 32 years, teaching at Chardon Public, Painesville City and Perry Local Schools, retiring in 1978.Elizabeth Grace Goodfield married Eero August Koski in Concord, OH, on December 25, 1956. He preceded in death on August 18, 1989.She was a graduate of Chardon High School, Class of 1942, Attended Kent State University, and graduated from Lake Erie College, with a BS degree in 1962.Her hobbies included reading, music & drama, gardening, crafts, and traveling. She was a Life Member of Ohio Retired Teachers Association and Geauga Co. Retired Teachers; a member of the Lake Co. Retired Teachers; Lake Erie College Alumni; Tri County Alumni; and Chardon Alumni Class of 1942 Reunion Committee.When in Chardon, she was a member of the Pilgrim Christian Church and was active in Sunday School Teacher, youth director and the choir member, including as a soloist.Survivors include 3 Nieces: Cindy Oldfill, Vickie Burke, Betsy Obrochta; 3 Nephews: David Goodfield, Jay Pomeroy and Terry BurkeMany Grandnephews and Grandnieces as well as great-grandnephews and great-grandnieces.Deceased are her parents: William J. and Ethel V. (Nee: Scarsbrook) Goodfield; Husband Eero; 2 Sisters: Henrietta Burke and Theresa Pomeroy; 2 Brothers: Walter and Arthur Goodfield and 1 Nephew: Frederick “Rick” Goodfield
