Donna Ellen (Kelling) Hill, 75, of Edgewater, Fla., passed away March 8, 2010, at Hospice of Edgewater.Born Dec. 16, 1934, in Cleveland, she had been a lifelong Newbury Township resident before moving to Edgewater in 1997.Donna worked as a warehouse tow motor operator at General Electric in Ravenna for 23 years.Mrs. Hill was known for her cooking and loved fine dining. She enjoyed bowling and roller skating. She loved to read, do crossword puzzles and crocheting. She was an avid traveler. They traveled the world. Mrs. Hill’s greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and her furry friends.Survivors are her husband, Richard Hill of Edgewater, Fla., whom she married March 26, 1955, in Newbury Township; sons, Thomas Richard TR (Lisa) Hill of Newbury and Daniel Wayne Hill of Burton; granddaughter, Crystal Katherine Hill; and stepgrandsons, Daniel and Jonathan Tarajack.She was preceded in death by her sons, Oran Lee and Scott Andrew Hill; parents, Wilbur and Eleanor (Frank) Kelling; and sister, Marcella Teague.Pastor Dennis Lippmann of New Life Christian Church will officiate. Burial will be in Newbury Center Cemetery in Newbury Township.
