David A. Wiberg, Sr. age 55, of Chardon died May 10, 2012 at Blossom Hill Care Center in Huntsburg. Born Nov. 21, 1956 in Cleveland, OH to Paul G. and Doris (nee:Laning) Wiberg, he was a lifelong area resident and worked as a self employed general laborer. David enjoyed being outdoors and loved fishing. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. He is survived by his daughter Angela Wiberg of Chardon; sons David Wiberg, Jr. of Chardon and Scott Wiberg of Montville; grandchildren Chloe and Cameron Zakrajsek; mother Doris (nee: Laning) Wiberg of Chardon; sister Lynn Lewis of Mesopotamia and brother: Darrell (Bonnie) Wiberg of Chardon. David was preceded in death by his father Paul G. Wiberg and brother Dale Wiberg. A memorial gathering will be held Monday May 14, 2012 from 4-6pm at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South Street, (St. Rt. 44, 500′ south of Rt. 6/Chardon Square), Chardon. A private family burial will take place. The family has requested donations be made to the family for expenses.
