Christine Dahlhausen Stevenson

June 23, 1970 - January 26, 2011

Christine was an H.R. Leave Specialist for Progressive Insurance in Mayfield Hts., OH for 14 years. She was an avid race car fan and owner of “#65, Biscuits ‘n Gravy ” racing team at the Lake County Speedway. She enjoyed traveling on Cruises. She collected sea turtles and monkeys. Christine was a kind and caring person that was always the first one there to help anyone in need. Survivors include her husband Robert “Bob ” Stevenson of Willoughby, whom she married January 18, 2008 in Willoughby. She also leaves her parents James and Joann (nee: Strzyzewski) Dahlhausen of Newbury, siblings Daniel (Betty) Dahlhausen, MD of Pickens, SC, Deborah (Kevin) Timmons of Mason, OH, James (Pam) Dahlhausen of Thompson Twp., OH, Joseph (Melissa) Dahlhausen of Chardon Twp., OH, Nancy (Ricky) Linville of Hambden Twp., OH Diane (Hugh) Finnerty of Aquilla Village, OH, Ronald (Lizane) Dahlhausen of Jacksonville, FL, Kurt (Theresa) Dahlhausen of Newbury, OH Jeffery (Kasey) Dahlhausen of Belleville, OH Mark (Jeannie) Dahlhausen of Aliso Viejo, CA, Dave (Terra) Dahlhausen of North Ridgeville, OH and Jill Dahlhausen of Newbury, OH; Step Children Eric (Danielle) Stevenson, Benjamin Stevenson, Alexander Stevenson all of Madison, OH and Bailey Kotnik of Willoughby, OH. Her brother Lawrence Dahlhausen, died as an infant.

Dear Family,I am very sorry to read of the passing of your dear loved one Christine. It seems that life is such a precious gift and yet so short-lived for the time we exist. I am writing to share a few words of comfort and encouragement from the sources of truth the bible. God holds out a wonderful hope for all those in the grave. At John 11:25 Jesus said "I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercies faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life. The nine accounts of ones in the bible who were resurrected are a guarantee that the resurrection of others is possible. God can bring back the billions of dead he holds within his perfect memory. (John 5-28,29) What a blessed reason to hope in God! The gift of your memories of Christine will bring you great joy. When a loved one becomes a memory that memory turns into a treasure. May you and yours lean on Jehovah God for the strength you need at this sad time. (PSALMS 83-18)

Dear Bob, I am so sorry I was unable to express my sympathy in person. I know how much you loved Christine & I am so sorry for your enormous loss. I have been and will continue to keep you in my prayers.

Christine was a wonderful and always caring person she had helped me on numerous occasions And I am grateful to have known such a wonderful lady.

My deepest sympathy to the family. Christine reported to me some time ago when she was an agent on the phone in the Call Center. She was always a very giving and caring person to those on the team and our customers on the phone. She touch many in a positive way.

Tina was truly one of the sweetest, kindest people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I am very sorry to hear of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Christine was one of my best friends who was ALWAYS there when someone in need. She will be truely missed.
