He is survived by his son Jeremy Kornblum of Midland, PA; parents Lawrence “Larry” and Melanie (nee:Duhs) Kornblum of Chardon; brother Brian Kornblum of Chardon and grandmother Marie (nee: MacGlaughlin) Kornblum of Willowick. His grandparents Harold Kornblum; Andrew and Mildred Duhs are deceased.
