Beverly Ann Dee Dee McCumber, 77, of Chardon Township, passed away Feb. 10, 2010, at Geauga Hospital in Claridon Township.Born Aug. 6, 1932, in Cleveland, she had lived in Euclid before moving to Chardon Township more than 39 years ago.Mrs. McCumber worked as a clerk for the former Gale’s Bi-Rite in Euclid for 40 years.Beverly Ann Linder married Raymond McCumber Feb. 19, 1980, in Chardon. He preceded her in death Feb. 1, 1999.She was a member of Geauga Aerie 2221 F.O.E. Auxiliary and the Chardon V.F.W. Post 6519 Auxiliary, both in Chardon. She was also a member of Local 880 of the UFCW (United Food and Commercial Workers).Survivors are her brother, Edward (Sandy) Linder Jr. of Lakewood, Wash.; four nephews; and close friends, Joyce and Roy Stray of Chardon Township.She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond McCumber; and parents, Edward C. and Eva Mae (Butler) Linder.
