Ward Pimley left a message on March 15, 2024:
Ann Gay was always such a kind soul and so good to me, especially during those troubled years when I most needed my family’s love and support. She was unselfish, always considerate of others’ needs, and generous with her time and treasure. She laughed easily and often, and seemed to carry a smile with her throughout the day. Somehow, she enjoyed being surrounded by family furniture, cats, people, and all sorts of reminders of everyone who had blessed her life. She was one-of-a-kind and will be sorely missed by many. My condolences to my dear brother D A and my nephew Stephen and niece Lara. May God bless each of you.

I am so sorry to hear of Ann’s passing. We worked together for many years and I loved that we shared the same creative spirit and the joy of letting children explore. She was one of a kind and will be missed by many

I’m am truly sorry for your loss. Too young!! Ann Gay was one of the special people that you only heard kind, positive thoughts about. Since high school I hadn’t seen Ann Gay but I did get a chance to talk with her at our 50th class reunion. She was certainly a sweetheart Keith Eldridge

Aunt Ann will be missed terribly but never forgotten. I have so many wonderful memories during the holidays at your home in Virginia. You always made me feel comfortable and calm. I am so thankful we had time together at my wedding 6 years ago. My condolences to Uncle Dave, Stephen and Lara❤️
Dean Fuller left a message on December 29, 2023:
To the Pimley family, I’m sorry to hear about the passing of Ann Gay. We grew up together as neighbors as we only lived a few houses from each other. We were classmates from kindergarten to graduation in “68”. She always put up with my silly jokes and she always had a smile on her face. She was well liked by all of us classmates. I’m sorry that our paths didn’t cross during our adult years. Sincerely, Dean Fuller (class of 68)

I am sorry for her family's loss. She was my CHS classmate. I remember how her mom always hung candy wreaths in the window during the holiday when we were kids. Ann-Gay was a sweet and quiet girl. Prayers to the family.
