Age 88, of Springboro, OH, (formerly of Montville Twp., OH), died at her home on Friday, April 17, 2020. She was born in Cleveland, OH, on Nov. 2, 1931, to Leonard and Emma (Reed) Price, and married Richard Evans on Aug. 28, 1948, in Critten, KY. Alice had been a homemaker. Alice spent her life as a loving and faithful servant of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Survivors include her daughters, Catherine (Kenneth) Page of Columbia, TN and Amy Evans of Moraine, OH; son, Warren Evans of Euclid, OH; grandchildren, Michael Page, Sandra (Matt) Woodlee, Kimberly Evans, Jessica Witt, Dan (Sara) Witt, and Kyle Evans; great-grandchildren, Demitris, Marissa, Elijah, Lilly, Maddox, Gracelyn. She was preceded in death by her husband on Jan. 13, 2004, and her parents.

A Christian Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 24, 11:00a.m. at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon, OH, where the family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 (Social distancing protocols are required) Pastor Mark Seenarine will officiate. Interment will follow in Montville Cemetery.

Grandma I love you so much. I have the fondest memories of you from my childhood. You and Grandpa were the best part of growing up. I have so many great moments that I wouldn't even know where to start. You were always there for me. I remember you would come to pick my brother and I up and we'd spend the weekends with you. Summers were just the best thing ever. All my cousins and us all sleeping on the floor like a giant sleepover. All the parks, exploring the woods, going to lake, and you were there to help coordinate keeps us and grandpa in line. I remember just you and me walking around the yard having talks. You and I would play rummy. When I got older we became even closer. You were more like a mom to me. I loved talking to you on the phone for hours. I loved that I got to come visit you and surprise you. I will miss calling you and having you answer the phone. I would yell happily Grannnnddmaaaa, You would laugh and say Kimmmmyy. Now I will have to shout my hello to heaven. Tell Granpda hi and I miss him! I can't wait to see you guys one day! Love always and forever.

Cathy, Warren, Amy and families. I am so sorry for this present time of sadness for you. I have such fond childhood memories. Always being welcomed at your house. Doing chores together with Cathy. Mom and Dad always replenished the maraschino cherries after I got into them. They also always made me laugh till my belly jiggled. Looking forward to seeing them in glory praising the Father. Love and prayers sent for comfort for all you at this time..

Cathy, Warren, and Amy. I am so sorry to learn of Aunt Alice’s passing. I have fond memories from our childhood of time spent with her and uncle Richard. You are in my prayers. I will be attending the service on Friday virtually.

Cathy, Amy, Warren & families, Our prayers go out to all of you during this difficult time. Although we haven't seen Aunt Alice for many years, we always kept her in our thoughts and in our prayers. Please know that we care for all of you and will continue to pray for God's Peace and Blessings.

So sorry for your loss. Aunt Alice was such a wonderful person. May she and Uncle Richard light up heaven with their laughter. Love to all of you.

The neighborhood of Locust Creek Estates would like to send our deepest condolences to the family of Alice. Alice was a beautiful lady and a great neighbor and she will be missed. In her honor the association will be making a donation to Ohio Hospice.

Alice was a wonderful neighbor & friend, she will certainly be missed.
