Grief is a difficult journey that most will inevitably take. Every person mourns differently, and not every death will provoke the same level of grief. The pain of bereavement strikes on an emotional, physical, and social level. But there is hope, for real healing after a loss, ultimately presents a chance for emotional growth.
Burr’s Bereavement Support Services can help you find others who understand your feelings of loss and pain. It is so important to cope with your feelings and find healthy ways to express and work through these emotions, and we are here to help you every step of the way.
We offer individual or group bereavement support programs in a safe, confidential environment to express and deal with feelings in the supportive presence of others who have experienced similar losses. Our leaders are professionals with expertise in loss and grief.
All support services are free and open to family and friends. Our programs and services are neither counseling nor therapy sessions; they are designed to provide support through education and sharing for individuals experiencing the normal process of mourning the death of a loved one.
