Thomas A. Langa, 73 of Chardon Twp., died Sept. 30, 2013 at Blossom Hill Care Center in Huntsburg Twp. Born April 22, 1940 in Cleveland to Bruno and Leona (nee: DeLuga) Langa, he had been a Maple Hts. resident before moving to the Chardon area in 1986. Thomas worked as a machinist for Zook Enterprises in Chagrin Falls. He was a Private First Class with the US Army stationed in Germany during Vietnam. Mr. Langa was a member of the Church of St. Mary in Chardon, Chardon VFW Post 6519 and the Chardon FOE Aerie 2261. He enjoyed fishing, especially in Canada. Survivors include his daughters Kim (Kevin) Moore of Huntsburg, Kris Langa of Chardon and Karen (Rod) Neill of Salem, OH; grandchildren Jenna, Jessica, Joshua and Matthew; and sister Rose (Rob) Zarko of Parma. He was preceded in death by his parents.
