Suzanne G. Flannery, (nee: Flowers), of Painesville Township, passed away peacefully in her home on June 21, 2020. She was born on April 23, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio. Suzanne (Suzee) was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Flannery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Jane Flowers.
She is survived by her daughter, Anne Flannery of Chicago, IL.
Suzee was a lover of animals and an avid gardener. She also enjoyed needle point, socializing with her community at local restaurants, and spending time with family and friends – although, her greatest joy was spending time with her daughter, Annie.
A simple service and burial will be held on Monday, June 29, 2020, at 10:00 am at All Souls Cemetery (Section 31) in Chardon, Ohio. Cars will line up at “Meeting Point B” at 9:45 a.m where we will be escorted to the gravesite. (Click on link below for map.)

Following the service will be a picnic luncheon at Bass Lake Nature Reserve in Chardon, Ohio. Given the current constraints of COVID-19, the family is requesting that attendees take proper precautions and maintain social distancing. Please bring a mask, bag chairs and/or blankets to the luncheon to ensure distance from others.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Suzee Flannery’s name can be made to Geauga Humane Society’s Rescue Village and Susie’s Senior Dogs.
