The Eardley Family sends the Wantz Family and Debbie our deepest sympathies. We will continue praying for Bob and all of his loved-ones.
Bob touched so many lives, he had such a profound impact on our Chardon community. Bob lived his life with verve and vigor, he had a quick wit and a great sense of humor.
It was a great experience to share a Law Office with Bob for 22 years, those are some of the best days of my life. Bob was always available when you needed him the most.
Bob will be dearly missed by his family and friends. We pray that Bob is enjoying his next great adventure. There is no doubt that Bob "Left it all on the Table," he treated everyone with respect, he lived a full life with grace and compassion.
Bob, this is to you personally, I will miss you dearly, and I will keep you in my prayers, Your Friend, Dave.
He was a great person he helped me alot I will miss you
Sorry for your loss my thoughts and prays are with you all
BOB WAS A SUPER FRIEND. HE WILL BE MISSED!
My condolences Deb & to Bob's fam. Bobby sure loved life, had a long one & a great legal career! As a rookie Chardon muni court prosecutor way back in '75 in a criminal jury trial, he taught me by 'baptism of fire' the meaning & appreciation of Presumption of Innocence, & Proof Beyond a Reasonable Doubt! Many moons ago, we were also racquetball partners/opponents at the former Chardon fitness club. Decades later, toward the end of our legal careers we had some memorable co-counsel cases together. R.I.P. Bobby! Fast Eddie, as Bobby used to call me, ;)
So sorry to read this, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May you know I always heard good things about him, that he was a very intelligent man. Sorry for your loss.
Rest in Peace to a good man, and loving father and grandfather and great- grandfather. We shared some laughs over the years and will be good memories for me to hang onto.
My condolences to the entire Wantz family.
Bob was a good man and a great, honest attorney. Condolences to all his family and friends.

He will be missed. My thoughts & Prayers for his family
To the Wantz Family and Debbie -
I will always remember Bob with that twinkle in his eye, and the ability to get almost anything done. Please know that you are all in my prayers.
My sincere sympathy for your loss. Bob brought me to Chardon and was my mentor in starting my legal career. He was my friend and taught me much. I will miss him very much.
Deb, my condolences. Bobby led a long & fun-loving life & had a fantastic legal career! I had the honor & pleasure of co-counseling several criminal jury trials late in my legal career with the Master, which led to Not Guilty verdicts in seemingly impossible cases at the start. When I started my legal career in Chardon over 40 years ago, as an assistant Chardon municipal prosecutor, I learned the hard way to appreciate proof beyond a reasonable doubt when Bobby got a NG verdict for his client charged with assault, that seemed to rookie prosecutor me, prior to trial & verdict to be a "slam dunk," open & shut case. R.I.P. Bobby, Ed Brice, or as Bobby affectionately called me "Fast Eddie," ;)
So very sorry for your loss, our hearts go out to your family. Prayers of comfort and peace to you all during this difficult time Bill and Kelly Spear

Bob was a friend and colleague and one of the true "old guard." I appreciated his down-to-earth, matter-of-fact, no nonsense manner. He preserved for many years. May God bless his soul.
Bob was special man.
Got to know him working at First Merit.
You ll be missed by all.
