Richard A. “Rich” Manley, Age 67, of Huntsburg Twp., Ohio, died suddenly February 27, 2018 in Cleveland, Ohio. Born March 11, 1950 in Clarksburg, WV, to William and Betty (nee: Smith) Manley, he lived in the Columbus area for over 25 years before moving to the Cleveland area. Rich was an avid fisherman, he enjoyed making handmade fishing lures, collecting antique tractors, he was a gentleman farmer with an emphasis on Bee Keeping. He was intent on filling a barn with animals. Rich was an integral part of the Cleveland Clinics health reporting system for 9 years. He also taught continuing education at Case Western Reserve University’s Farm in Hunting Valley, Bee Keeping.
Survivors include his wife Jennifer (nee: Hess) of Huntsburg Twp., children Michele Manley-Wickham, Nicole Manley, Nathan Murray, Rachel (Wayne) Hunt, James Krueger and Robert Krueger, grandchildren Lucas and Evelyn, Justin, Kyle, Lucas, Hattie, MacKenzie and Sadie, and brothers William (Ann) and Charles (Angie). He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Janice.
The Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 12, 2018 at the Huntsburg Baptist Church, 16401 Mayfield Road, Huntsburg Twp., Ohio 44046. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service and immediately following the service.
