As a former Higbee coworker I had the good fortune to work under Bruce's leadership. He was a true gentleman and commanded respect and admiration. 24 years later the respect still remains. God bless.

For the past 13 years as a facilitator and the last three years I am the leader of a Volunteer church group called Employment Connections. Bruce was its leader for 25 years every Sunday regardless of weather or holiday. He led in an organized, simple, effective and gentle manner. So many people were helped to find their next job or career. Bruce never looked for or needed any praise or acknowledgment for this wonderful service he provided. He was a very, very fine man.

I know all of his classmates at Edgewood High School will sorely miss Bruce. He came to almost all our reunions over the years and we all enjoyed talking witth him and Jane. We have managed to stay in touch over all these years--we will miss him, but we will still have our wonderful memories of him.

You were, and always will be, loved by those who knew you best! Perhaps out of our sight for now ... but never forgotten! NOW! Get back to your tennis game!

I remember a really sweet, nice guy, a true gentleman even as a teenager, and of course a terrific BB player. Sounds like he had a wonderful life and will be sorely missed.
