Pauline Ruth (nee: Triantos) Bitonti

Pauline (nee: Triantos) BITONTI  age 88 of Munson Twp. died Jan. 20, 2014 at UH Geauga Medical Center. Born Feb. 27, 1925 in Cleveland to Samuel and Emma (nee: Fehlau) Triantos, she had been a longtime area resident. She retired from LFE in Chesterland. Pauline was a longtime member of Peace Lutheran Church, active in Altar Guild, Women’s Guild and a Stephen’s Minister. She enjoyed volunteering for the American Cancer Society, sewing and crafting. Pauline will be remembered as “being there” for anyone. Survivors include her daughter Judy (Frank) Galinsky of Chardon; son John (Marianne) Bitonti of Munson and many extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John; brother Gus Triantos; sisters Clara Hall, Viola Hernandez, Lois Triantos and Patricia Szabo. FUNERALSVC: 11am on Sat. Jan. 25, 2014 at Peace Lutheran Church 12686 Bass Lake Rd. Chardon with burial to follow at Fowler’s Mill Cemetery. VISITATION: 2-4 and 6-8pm on Friday at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South ST.
