Joyce Benesh left a message on November 13, 2012:
My husband and children moved here 13 years ago. Minnie was one of the first that we met. We met at the Montville United Methodist chruch. After the sale of the church we went to East Claridon and Minnie went to Thompson. Every Thanksgiving we have a blessing of the breads and I always dropped off a loaf for Minnie and her family. I truly think she started to wait for me the evening before Thanksgiving/ I will miss giving her a loaf of love ever year. You never know there may be a loaf on your door step every year in Minnie's memory. Will continue to wave as we drive by and hold beautiful memories in our hearts. Keeping you in our prayers! Love the Benesh Family

I've known the Skinner Family for as long as I can remember. My Mother and Minnie's Mother were the best of friends. Although they were several years difference in age, it never seemed to matter to either of them. When Minnie worked for Chase Brass and Copper, she would always stop by our house for a cup of coffee and a gab session with Mom. I do believe that she was Mom's favorite. Sorry Caroline. I always felt when I visited the old homestead that I immediately gained two sisters and two brothers. And conversations would just pick up from where they were on our last visit. Please accept my sincere condolesences on the passing of Minnie. I know that she is with Rich, Carl, Ray, Mildread and Lester watching out for her children and grandchildren. Sue
