Mary Ann Ethel (nee: Bosway) Zsebedics, left this world on Friday, November 26, 2021. She was diagnosed with Covid-19 on Monday, November 22, 2021. The hospital stated the x-ray showed clear lungs and she was sent home with instructions to take Tylenol for her fever. By the 26th she had pneumonia and died. The family prays for the doctors who are tasked with treating this virus; that they may be infused with wisdom, and the fortitude to utilize every tool that will defeat the infection before it progresses and remember their oath to do no harm.
Szilver Nicholas “Nick” Zsebedics, Mary Ann’s husband of 62 years, along with some of her children and grandchildren, were at her side when she drew her last breath. They have four children: Mitzie (John) Michael, Cindy (Steve) Mizsak, Nick (Mary), and Stephanie. They are blessed with six grandchildren; Amanda (Dave) O’Keeffe, Brad, Lindsey, Katie (Adam) Wilks, Lexie, and Emellia; also, one great granddaughter, Hailey.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Anna Irma (nee: Fejes) Bosway, brothers, Stephen G. Bosway and Donald J. Bosway.
Mary Ann went to grade school at St. Philomena and graduated in 1958 from Ursuline Academy of the Sacred Heart. She worked at Fisher Body (GM) in Cleveland until Mitzie was born in 1961. Her faith and her family are what she cherished in life. Mary Ann had lifelong friends and was always willing to help others. Nick and Mary Ann’s home was often the location for large family reunions, which she absolutely loved because they also included their friends and neighbors too — the extended family.
