To My Dear Aunt Marilyn...I always remember your beauty, your grace, your kindness, your sweet adorable laughter,. I always looked up to you...so articulate, so intelligent, just plain lovely! My mother Virginia looked up to you and adored you. She always told us what a wonderful daughter you were to our beloved Noni and amazing sister to Uncle Jimmy. All those years that you looked after them and helped them. You made their lives so full of fun and laughter and for that I am eternally grateful. I am so proud to be genetically linked to you! I always remember the fun at the lake when you would bring all 1337 of us together for a reunion! You showed us the meaning of family and sticking together. I imagine your entry into heaven as an exciting one, greeted by your mother, father and adoring sister! I know you are healed and at peace and for that I thank God. Until we meet again, know you are loved. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I pray for comfort and peace for each and every one of them. All my love, your niece, Karen Underwood-Cowles

Thank you Aunt Marilyn for the wonderful memories of the family reunions held at your home. I have great memories of my time in Ohio playing in the lake with all of my cousins. Thank you for being such a great sister to my beautiful mother, Virginia. You were always so nice about calling her to check in and I loved it when I would pick up the phone and get to talk to you. Every family needs an "Aunt Marilyn". The Underwood family is blessed to have my sister Karen who reminds me so much of you with her kind and loving heart and how she keeps our family close as you did with the Burrows/Stratman families. I'm sure you found your Mom and Virginia playing the slot machines in heaven when you arrived there. :) We will all miss you Aunt Marilyn. Thank you for being a such a sweet and wonderful Aunt. My sincerest condolences to the Burrows/Stratman families. God Bless! Nancy and Family

Aunt Marilyn and Uncle Jack Thank you for opening your home to the Burrows Family Reunions which also happened to Non I Burrows Birthday. Pretty amazing that a woman who gave life to 12 children would request 1 day a year to see her family together in one location. I know how much Aunt Marilyn loved Uncle Jack especially when my wife Leica and I had an opportunity to visit her in Chardon after Uncle Jack had passed away. We could see the love in her eyes and feel the love in her heart. And how about getting married at 18 and coming home to help iron and wash clothes to help Mom. It was also kind of you to bring Non I and Uncle Jim to come see us in Lakewood at our home. Thanks for being that connection and the wonderful service you provided to your mother. I choose to remember your wonderful smile and that laugh. God Bless you Aunt Marilyn... Love Johnny
