Irene F. Drnek (Germ) age 71 of Painesville Twp. died April 5, 2012 at Tri-Point Medical Center in Condord. Born Oct. 1, 1940 in Cleveland to Frank and Irene (nee:Lohrey) Germ she lived for 30 years in Willoughby Hills prior to moving to Painesville Twp 10 years ago.She worked as a Bank Manager for Independent Savings Bank in Willoughby Hills. Irene Germ married William Drnek on April 23, 1960 in Willoughby. She enjoyed bowling, crossword puzzles and traveling with her husband. Her greatest joy was spending time with her friends and family. Irene is survived by her husband William Drnek of Painesville Twp.; daughters Nancy (Rob) Johnston of Chardon and Tracy (Blake) Burns of Denver, CO; son Kenneth (Julie) Drnek of Mentor; grandchildren: Blake, Chad, Hope, Jill, Brooke, Grant, Donovan, Holly, Preston, Ashlyn, Alyssa, and Braden; sister Carolyn Perkins of Ft. Myers, FL; brother Raymond Germ of Geneva, OH; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
