A CELEBRATION OF LIFE WILL BE HELD SPRING 2023

Fran Bemis (nee: Bryant), age 76, of Hambden Twp., OH, peacefully passed away at her home on January 6, 2023. She was born May 30, 1946, to Thomas and Anna (nee: Stiert) Bryant in Cleveland, Ohio.

Fran was a Cleveland native and graduate of Collinwood High School. Her hobbies included – gardening, decorating, taking care of animals and most of all spending time with her daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren. Fran was a proud Buckeye and Browns fan.

She was the beloved wife of Bill, loving mother of Laura (Max) Johnson, Jessica (Joel) Moore, Amanda (Bob) Doberdruk, loving grandmother of Luke, Shai, Oliver, Abel, Ivy, Leo, and Declan. Surviving Fran are also her loving stepchildren James (Courtney, Cashden, Carrson), Sarah (Jason, children – Amelia, Scott, Elizabeth) and Carey (William, children – Bridget, Will)

The family suggest donations be made in Fran’s honor to Rescue Village, Novelty, OH (www.rescuevillage.org)

A Celebration of Life will be held in Spring 2023.

You have our deepest Sympathy on the passing of Fran. She lived an admirable life devoted to her children and grandchildren. She was always there to lend a hand or be supportive. Her kind heart even extended to the animals she helped care for. She will be greatly missed. I am sure Fran will be forever in the hearts of her loved ones. Deepest sympathy to family and friends of Fran. She left far too soon. I will remember a loving mother who welcomed Jessica’s friends to her home to raid the refrigerator while she laughed with us about life’s daily challenges.
