CARYOL JEAN NEFF (nee: Sherrets)
Age 97, of Coshocton, died August 24, 2022, a resident at Maplewood at Chardon. Born April 25, 1925, in Coshocton to Karl K. and Mae O. (nee: Tish) Sherrets, she spent her life and career in Coshocton. Caryol was a spinner, knitter, botanist, naturalist and was active in the Lutheran Church. She was a High School Spanish teacher for 13 years, retiring in 1979.
Survivors include her children, Tom (Marilyn) Neff of Fort Myers, FL, Ellen Neff of University Hts., OH and Erik (Phyllis) Neff of Newbury, OH, Grandchildren: Matthew (Lindsay) Neff, James (Susan) Neff, Bronson (Jordan) Neff, Sara Neff, Jamie Neff and Martha Neff; greatgrandchildren George and Walter Neff. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Neff in 2018.
A Memorial Gathering is being planned at a later date.
