What a beautiful tribute to such a great man! The part that really stuck out to me was that he touched the lives of everyone he met. I remember the day I met him and the amazing conversation I had with him about his beautiful wife Lila!!

Gonna miss ya at the truck pulls. I know how much you enjoyed them. You and Joe Knautz can watch from heaven. Keep an eye over your kids like you always did.

Brian and i sometimes played lost victim for the search dog team ... we laughed about the dogs wondering why we got lost all the time. i will miss his quiet wisdom, his gentle humor, his keen skills of observation, his awareness of all thing pertinent , his respect for life in all forms. he was a balance of drive and smarts that made for an awesome Big Creek Search Dog Team member- or a member of anything he put his mind too and shared his time with. it was an honor to know him... a rare man of character and integrity - he made a huge mark on the plus side column of "the good guys". he will be greatly missed.
