I have fond memories of Barb, enjoyed her so much, she and Mom worked together at the Commissioners office. Always had a smile and hug for me, they would walk to work, they meet at the top of both hills and continue to work. Very sorry for your loss!

We have laughed and cried together. We have toasted with wine and shared over coffee. We have sat on our deck, your deck, and ship's decks. We have shared golf carts, back seats, pool chairs, deck chairs... Gone on road trips, boat trips, plane trips and celebrated weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and bucket lists. We survived breast cancer... And celebrated life, our children, and our grandchildren...together. We may be apart now, but you will always be part of us... And someday we will be together again. Keep watch over us, Barb. We love you.

I read this & giggle to myself because so much if it reminds me of you Maureen. The Apple didn't fall far from the tree. Your Mom was a wonderful woman, full of life & love. It was evident how very proud she was of you, Brian, Faye & Charlie. Her eyes sparkled when she talked about you. She lives on in all of you every day & will be looking down on you forever smiling & protecting.
Terry and Judy Tincher left a message on August 4, 2015:
Barb was the dearest of friends with whom we loved to share our conservative wisdom and toast a "Maddie" or two. She was fun to be with, travel with, and joke with! She was a second Mother to our daughter who is already in heaven welcoming Barb. We will miss her dearly, but know that she is now in God's heavenly grace.
