Marie Williams left a message on January 12, 2021:
Dear Family, I am saddened to learn of Barb's passing - I hadn't heard until today. I am sorry I missed the service for her. Barb stayed in touch with me via phone calls, emails and texts until very recently and I've been missing her since she became unable to correspond. I got to know Barb well through our rug hooking group. I truly admire her strong faith and ability to find a silver lining in every situation. She spoke often of her daughters and grandchildren and had great plans for rug projects with you in mind. Barb had a great interest and fondness for angels. I know she is among them now. Your family is in my prayers.

Dear Family, I just saw the very sad news about Barb. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on your loss.. I met Barb at our Monday rug hooking group--she quickly quickly became a member of our circle. She was such a warm and friendly person and I really enjoyed getting to know her. The last time I saw Barb was last autumn at Beth's where she fought the good fight against cancer. I truly grieve with you and I know she will be missed by all of us.

So sorry for your loss, Danny and I's first date was at your home back in 1982, it was at a Memorial day picnic. we went with my parents Willis and Ellen Haines. Barb and Al were good friends with my parents, Barb will be missed by all. My Brother Mike Haines sends his condolence also. He is in South Caroline right now. again so sorry.

Al, Barb, and the girls were such great neighbors of ours when we lived on Meredith Ave in Euclid. When they first moved in, the first thing I remember Al taking off the truck was a motorcycle, and I'm thinking Oh No who's moving in, well the motorcycle was a quiet one and Al hardly rode it. We played cards with Barb and Al, usually at our house because our children were too young to leave alone, so many good memories living next to them. Miss and love you guys, so sorry for your loss. Tom And Joan.

While I didn't really know your Mother very well, she was always nice to me the few times I met her and always had a smile on her face. And with such an amazing family, she had to be amazing herself. My love to you all.
