I grew up with the Manning Family. I remember Annette when I was a small girl running through the kitchen with her dog Spanky, lying on the floor with him and just loving him. I remember the back laundry room always had quilts in it. Annette was one of the most talented craft women I had ever met. I remember going to her home in Burton and her showing me around the back yard. Her gardens were always amazing! I used to run up the sidewalk of the house in the summertime just craving the iced tea she used to sit out in a big glass jar. I think it was because of her that I love iced tea so much now. She was one of the most endearing people I had ever known. So from childhood to today I must say, Annette you will be missed greatly..and every time I drink a glass if fresh brewed Iced tea..I will send you a kiss in heaven!
