JoAnn was an amazing, friendly, efficient person. I also worked with her and she was always scurrying around with her A.V. cart managing to keep all of us happy. She did little extra things foe me: last minute emergencies when I had forgotten to reserve, saving puzzles. I also taught Jennifer and know how much JoAnn was affected. But she struggled on always with a shy smile. she is clearly in my mind and will always remain there with dear thoughts

JoAnn was an efficient, super- capable AV person. She would lug those TVs on carts throughout the building! If I needed any AV help JoAnn was always there quickly. She was also a wonderful and friendly person. I have such good memories of working with her. I taught Jennifer Chemistry so we had that bond, also. Peace to you, dear family.
