William E. Zoller, age 90 of Chesterland passed away Sunday Sept. 25, 2016 at his home. Born Jan. 14, 1926 in Cleveland to John H. and Grace (nee: Dunn) Zoller, he had been a longtime area resident. Bill served with the US Army Air Corp, stationed in Germany during WWII. Upon returning home, Bill attended Case Institute of Technology where he earned a BS in Electrical Engineering. William married Felicia Podway on Aug. 14, 1952 in Garfield Hts; she preceded him in death in Feb. 19, 1990. Bill’s favorite past time was golfing at Fowler’s Mill and Punderson, but enjoyed playing other area courses. Survivors include his children Mark (Rhonda) of Hernando, MS, June Marie (Markus) Kastenholz of Charleston, SC, Karl (Holly) of Summerville, SC and Chris of Munson Twp. and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Felicia; son Paul; brothers John, Robert and Richard. A funeral mass will be held at 10am on Friday, Sept. 30, 2016 at Saint Anselm Catholic Church 12969 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland, OH with burial to follow at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.
