Wanda F. Karp, 70 of Hambden Twp. a lifelong area resident died October 1, 2011 at Hillcrest Hospital. Born January 18, 1941 in Oak Hill, OH she worked as an Assembly Line Inspector at Westinghouse in Euclid, retiring in 1997. Wanda Anderson married Richard Karp in Chardon Aug. 30, 1980.Wanda enjoyed going to church at Chardon Assembly of God, cooking and reading. She enjoyed traveling in Florida with her husband. Her greatest love was spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Richard Karp of Chardon; daughters Paulette (Ken) Mescall of Roaming Shores and Deborah Graham of Willoughby; grandchildren Kenny, Samm, Reanna, Amber, and Susan; sisters Phyllis (JR) Bright, Sharon (Chuck) Taylor, and Louise (Rick) Darby; brothers Clarence “Duke” (Shelba), Pat, Danny (Patty), and Chuck (Sherry) Anderson; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Helen (nee: Staglin) Anderson and brother Kenny Anderson. Visitation Tuesday Oct. 4, 2011 at the Burr Funeral Home.
