Thomas S. Tewell age 52 of Melbourne, FL passed away Nov. 19, 2014 at his home. Born July 17, 1962 in Cleveland, OH to Thomas A. Tewell and Sherry (nee: Rodd) Fay, he had been a longtime resident of Melbourne. Tom was a graduate of Florida State University’s ophthalmology program. He enjoyed music, going to concerts and anything related to electronics. He is survived by his mother Sherry (Charles) Fay of Chardon; father Thomas (Wanda) Tewell of Perry, OH; brother John “Jay” Tewell of Euclid and many extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. A gathering will be held from 4-6pm Tuesday Dec. 2, 2014 at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South ST. (On Rt. 44, 500’ south of Rt. 6/Chardon Square) Chardon, OH. Arrangements by the Burr Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Chardon.
