Ted was an incredible person, he touched so many lives, it is truly unbelievable that one person could make such an impact on so many. I feel I've not only lost a "boss" but a "father". It is amazing the things you reflect on - 25+ years, time goes way too fast. I will miss him tremendously, Ted and family will be in my heart forever!

To the Family of Ted,I have known Ted for 20 years. We have shared many great times and conversations together over the last 20 years. All of which revolved arond the love for his children and family, and how proud he was of all that his kids have accomplished. He was always so proud. When my father passed away years ago i felt that Ted help fill a void that I could always talk to Ted like my father. That to me is the greatest tribute. When you look at your life you look at the people that had the greatest impact. Ted touched me very much and he was a great friend and mentor. He was like family to me. He will be missed and the fond memories that I have will be cherrished by me forever. What a fighter he was and what a GREAT MAN, Father, and Husband. My life has been changed for the better because of my relationship with Ted.With Deep SympathyBill Hookway

Ted and I had been school mates since first grade all the way thru High School. He was always a gentleman and very kind. Very sorry for the families loss.

Ted was a mentor to me. A relationship developed on mutual respect. He helped me to become a better business person and a better man. You always knew where you stood with Ted. As long as you were honest and gave your best effort, you could expect the same in kind.I have rarely met someone like Ted Bullard and dare say I won't in the future. Ted, thank you for the lessons you taught me.You will be missed. With Gratitude,Don Malloy
